Stefani (AKA “The Butterfly”) established The Soulcial Butterfly Agency after realizing how often she stepped in to provide much needed assistance to friends and family with busy and hectic lifestyles. The savvy individual turned her love for service, resourcefulness, and the ability to provide such support into a bona fide business. Her knack for building and maintaining relationships, connecting people, and heart for service has earned her the respect of employers, family, friends, and clients. Her ability to provide personal assistance to high level and high profile individuals is her niche and the role she most thrives in.  Stefani’s energy and enthusiasm is infectious, as her number one goal is to anticipate, identify, and fulfill the service needs of every client with excellence.

Prior to launching The Soulcial Butterfly Agency, Stefani spent many years as a personal and executive assistant to the President and Chairman of the Board at a leading sports agency where she honed her organizational, time management, event planning, multi-tasking, and client relations skills. There she interfaced and provided individualized assistance to professional athletes, corporate executives, lifestyle experts, socialites and others to streamline their personal and professional lives. Other clients have included national bestselling authors, life coaches, philanthropists, entrepreneurs, motivational speakers, fashion executives, ministry and service organization leaders and others. Her vision is global and she has the frequent flyer miles to prove it!

On a personal level, Stefani is extremely passionate about volunteerism and community service, lending her active support to local and national women’s empowerment initiatives, homelessness, children’s advocacy, domestic violence, and other causes.  She initiated “Sweet November,” a personal philanthropic effort she conceived to use her birthday in November to gather family and friends together to support causes near to her heart.
